Stand the machine on Worktable as in center Fig.2 and assemble the parts as illustrated in Fig. 11.

Ring spring 38

Cylinder

Flat washer 40

Ring spring 38

Collared sleeve 19

Rubber ring 20

Cylinder

Piston

1. Assemble two Ring spring 38

and Flat washer 40 to

Cylinder.

2. Assemble Cylinder

to Crank housing

with inserting Piston

as illustrated below.

3. Assemble Cylinder guide,

Compression spring 40,

Ring 39 and Slide sleeve.

when assembling

Striker

4. Insert Striker into

Cylinder from

O ring 27 side to

Piston side as below.

5. Mount Collared sleeve 19,

Rubber ring 20 and another

Collared sleeve 19 on Slide sleeve.

6. Insert Impact bolt with new Rings

through two Collared sleeves 19

and Rubber ring.

Impact bolt

with new Rings

7. Assemble Barrel section

to Crank housing.
